Aroldo Figueroa is a one-person practice whose work is sharpening of cutting tools: kitchen knives, scissors and shears, and bench edges for woodwork such as chisels, plane irons and carving gouges, ground and honed by hand on stones to the angle each tool needs, with damaged edges redrawn cool so the steel keeps its hardness. This site exists to say plainly what we do, how to get hold of us, and who stands behind it, so you can check those things before you write to us.
